Our services include advisory sessions, artwork sourcing, bespoke commissions, and ongoing collection management. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. All service engagements are confirmed via a written proposal and signed agreement. Payment terms, including deposits and milestone billing, are set out in each individual contract. coproartertaditional reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion prior to formal agreement execution.
Delivery timelines for physical artworks are specified in the applicable service agreement and depend on artwork availability, framing, and logistics. Returns or exchanges are accepted only when an artwork is materially damaged in transit, reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Bespoke commissioned works are non-returnable.
All content on this website — including text, imagery, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of coproartertaditional or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Artists retain moral rights in their works; clients receive usage rights as expressly granted in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or to infringe upon the rights of third parties. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, coproartertaditional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
coproartertaditional may suspend or terminate your access to its services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our clients, partners, or reputation. Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
